  1. What is the role of a Digital Transformation Director at Simplify?

My primary responsibility is to complete the IT Master Plan, which was created for the next 3-5 years. My role is to complete the projects that will lead us to the vision we had when developing this plan a year and a half ago.

  1. What purpose does the digital component play in e-fulfillment in general?

The digital component is currently the most important. We realized about a year ago, before the pandemic, that we couldn’t function without the IT component.

It was a time when we paused to consider how we might proceed with digitization. We realized we couldn’t do without it, so we took multiple measures, changed the software, and focused on integrating this infrastructure, as well as all of our software and our customers’, to work together.

  1. What was the most important lesson from the pandemic?

The most important lesson I’ve learned recently is that we can’t get where we want to go without the people who work for us.

The most significant thing we can do is to assist our colleagues in their personal development and to provide them with opportunities to do things they never thought they would do before.

  1. Describe Simplify in three words for an e-commerce entrepreneur.

First and foremost, simplicity is what we aimed for with Simplify, as well as technology and innovation.
